Hanison Construction Holdings Limited ("Company") implements, with effect from 23 December 2024, new arrangements on dissemination of corporate communications, pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Company’s articles of association. The Company will disseminate future corporate communications of the Company to its shareholders electronically and only send the corporate communications in printed form to the shareholders upon request.
