• Degree holder in Building Engineer/Construction Management disciplines (accredited by the HKIE Scheme "A" Training)

• Degree holder in Building Services disciplines (accredited by the HKIE Scheme "A" Training)

• Degree or above in Construction Management or equivalent
• 4 years of working experience in main contractors
• Good communication skills and PC knowledge
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Job Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Building Studies or related field
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in building construction
• Able to work independently, the ability for site supervision and coordination
• Less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Foreman or Foreman Assistant
